Effective June 22, 2026 · Last updated June 22, 2026
Neota Network Inc. ("Neota," "we," "us," or "our") operates HubWorks, a field-service operations and data-intelligence platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Service. By using HubWorks, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — name, email, phone number, organization, and credentials provided when you or your administrator create an account.
- Connected-system data — when you connect third-party systems (such as BuildOps, QuickBooks Online, Dynamics SL, fleet, or communication tools), we ingest and process the data those systems make available, at your direction, to operate the Service.
- Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including log data, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to reconcile and surface your operational and financial data; to authenticate users and administer accounts; to communicate with you about the Service, including support and service notices; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. How we share information
- With service providers and subprocessors who help us run the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure), under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- With third-party systems you choose to connect, to the extent needed to sync data at your direction.
- Within your organization, according to the roles and permissions your administrators configure.
- For legal reasons — to comply with law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- In a business transfer (such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), subject to this Policy.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and account configuration.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Much of the data in the Service is controlled by your organization (your account administrator); we will work with them to honor applicable requests. To exercise a right, contact us at hubworks@neota.net.
7. Third-party integrations
The Service connects to third-party systems at your direction. Those systems are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International users
Neota Network Inc. is based in Alberta, Canada. We may process and store information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to locations with data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
